I began my journey as a physical therapist back in 2005 and have trained in London, California and India. I am passionate about bodywork, yoga and meditation for they are key resources in building better health, a brighter experience of life and ultimately total peace and happiness.
With Shiatsu therapeutic massage/bodywork, I help clients release tension and pain in the body and bring about more flexibility, movement and space. Doing so can help a person go on to find more freedom and space in other aspects of their life and move them towards full health and their true nature.
Similarly with Yoga, I work to help students to connect to and increase their strength, flexibility and vitality and feel more at home and more at ease in their bodies.
